We all know that our diet plays a big role in our health. Often times it has a direct effect on our organs. Believe it or not, the biggest organ that food effects is our skin. Healthy nutritious food equals healthy looking skin. On the other hand not so healthy food equals not so healthy looking skin. So, the next time you’re pondering what to eat, take a few minutes and think about what that food will do to your skin.

This will lessen the temptation to consume soda or fruit juices that are high in calories and filled with sugar.

Scalp massage has been proven to be effective in stimulating hair growth, because it reduces stress and tension that are primary causes of hair loss. There is no negative side effect or risk with doing this, so just try it each day and see what happens.

5) Hydration is a very important part of good nutrition. Water keeps your digestive system working properly and flushes dangerous toxins from your body. The rule of thumb is to drink eight 8 ounces glasses of water each day, but drinking more than that is a good thing if you are exercising or perspiring heavily.
